Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
TERMS
All orders are payable by credit card, money order, check-in-advance of shipment, or on open account upon completion of credit application. Our prices are net FOB, our High Point, NC or Dallas, TX facilities.
NEW ACCOUNTS
Customer's wishing to open an account must complete our short
credit application. If your account is approved our normal open account terms are net paid in full 30 days from invoice date. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month service charge. Accounts past due are subject to be turned over for collection plus any TPD accrued as well as any costs incurred by Custom Air Trays, Inc in the collection process.
PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. Non-listed or special prices are good only for one order unless a contract is signed and approved by Custom Air Trays, Inc.
SHIPPING
We will ship by the best carrier available depending on rates and service. Shipping Costs will be added to your Invoice. We will try to accommodate any special requests.
CLAIMS
All orders must be inspected for shipping damage up arrival. Any shipping damage or missing items must be noted on Delivery Receipt when signed. Customer Service will contact our customer to discuss the status of the order and make arrangements for their satisfaction. Any order refused is subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
